Thrive Over 65 is a 6-week strength and rehabilitation-based programme specifically designed for women aged 65+.
It runs twice weekly (2 x 60-minute sessions per week) in small, supportive, all-female groups, with two experienced female coaches present at every session.
No previous gym experience is necessary — the programme is tailored to each individual’s ability.
The focus is on improving strength, mobility, balance, confidence and bone density in a safe and welcoming environment.
Results from our previous 6-week programme were incredibly encouraging:
