I'm an Open Water Swim Coach, Swim Teacher and Coach and Mentor.
I’m Karen Marshall - Outdoor Swim Coach – a qualified open water swim coach and swim teacher based in Teignbridge.
I’m passionate about the idea that time in nature, paired with the right support, can bring joy, perspective and a real sense of possibility (and often a much-needed head reset).
I support people to build confidence in and around the sea, whether you’re new to open water, looking to improve your technique, or wanting to feel calmer and more capable in the water.
I offer:
- 1:1 coaching
- Small group sessions
- Structured courses
- Cold Water therapy
- And my 'Walk, Talk & Dip' experiences that combine time in nature with coaching and mentoring.
I'm all about helping people navigate challenges, gain perspective and build resilience, so you can feel better through movement, conversation and connection to the water.
