I live alone in a flat where I have been for 12 years and am looking for someone to help put up a few shelves in the kitchen.  They are not heavy it is just to help with extra storage space.

In return I am able to perhaps collect a prescription for someone as I always collect mine from Boots in Paignton and as I do not have a car I could deliver within walking distance of Paignton town centre.
