Volunteer Service Lead at Involve

Involve Mid Devon is a Council for Voluntary Service that supports and promotes community action across the district. Our focus is on strengthening community resilience by supporting existing and emerging charities and community groups to grow, work together, and help people feel valued, included and involved through programmes such as Devon People First and Community Builders.

As Volunteer Service Lead, I work closely with voluntary, community and statutory partners, including health and local government, to strengthen partnerships and help organisations build and sustain their volunteer base through guidance, networking, training and practical support, delivered through Involve’s new Volunteer Hub in Tiverton, launching in Spring 2026.

At the heart of Involve’s work is our commitment to creating pathways for people to volunteer and communities to thrive.
