‘When we listen to our bodies, we hear the stories of our lives‘ Andrea Olsen Collaborative Somatic Therapy empowers the innate intelligence of your body in the therapeutic process. You may have talked and talked about the challenges you have met in your life, and still feel that you haven’t got to the heart of them. You are, likely, open to exploring what happens when you listen to the wisdom of your body.
Working with your body offers a direct route to working with challenges that arise from both present-day and early developmental and childhood experiences. When you give voice to your body, new pathways can emerge and your mind becomes free to engage with greater spaciousness and clarity.
Collaborative Somatic Therapy is an empowering and collaborative process. Hayley offers a deep listening presence and a clear, compassionate holding. She will support you to compassionately meet your past with presence, recognise habitual patterns and ways of relating, and discover new pathways that support you to thrive with life.
“Collaborative Somatic Therapy with Hayley has been amazing – her clear, loving and insightful approach helps me reconnect with womb and early body memories in ways that really move me and bring a poignant bliss in dissolving kinks in my development. After 40 years in psychotherapy and 30 years as a psychotherapist, this work has reached places in my early development that I haven’t managed to get to before. I totally recommend working with Hayley.” Collaborative Somatic Therapy Client
