Support organisations to address health inequalities across Devon

Our mission is to collaborate with partners to provide individuals and communities with inclusive, innovative and person-centred approaches and support them to achieve their best possible health and wellbeing. We strive to address health inequalities, promote preventative care, and create opportunities for education, support and connection. We are dedicated to building a healthier more resilient Devon by fostering collaboration, providing accessible resources and inspiring positive change for all. Health Opportunities Devon CIC delivers a range of innovative projects designed to improve health and wellbeing across Devon. We focus on tackling health inequalities by providing accessible services and community-driven initiatives. Our projects include mental health support, physical activity programmes and preventative health education tailored to local needs. We collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community organisations to deliver workshops, one-to-one support and group activities that promote resilience and holistic wellbeing. By addressing barriers to health, such as social isolation and lack of access to services, we empower individuals and communities to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
