I am Founding Director of The Fourth Trimester Postpartum CIC

Based in Newton Abbot, Devon, we're a non-profit dedicated to supporting mothers, postpartum people, and their families as they navigate life after birth. We know that life with a new baby can feel like a lot. From utter joy to complete overwhelm, parenthood can be wild. At The Fourth, we're a community-led peer support organisation that aims to support new families in Teignbridge and beyond to settle into family life and thrive.
