Join the over 10,000 across the UK, who have explored together such topics as anxiety, depression, perfectionism, shame & anger in a safe & kind environment led by trained leaders. A wellbeing group helps with mental & emotional health, meeting once per week for 12 weeks. Locally courses start in February and September.
