Forward Housing has a property in Torquay that has a courtyard garden, it has multiple large bushes that have overgrown the space and need cutting back or even removing, and the waste taken away, there are two Cornish palms that need to be kept.
The date to complete this is not set- ideally would need to be completed by mid February.
Forward Housing are in a unique postion of either enabling an individual with a Learning Disability to move into the property however funds need to be utilised to bring the property up to standard and personalised to the individuals needs.
Update: We now have a strong indication that we have an individal identified to move into the property in the spring.
Having the courtyard tided up and given some love would benefit the individuals who has a Learning Disability in live in the local community.
There is also a conifer that has become very high and ideally needs reducing- this can only be done by a tree surgeon with all the relevant licences so if there are any volunteers who can meet this need Forward Housing would be very interested.
