Hi
I would like to breathe some new life in to the Devon and Cornwall GNU / Linux user group (LUG), which has been running since about 2000.
We are a group of GNU/Linux and Free software enthusiasts based in Devon and Cornwall. We hold some monthly meetings and have an e-mail discussion list. Feel free to post questions. Details on signing up are on the lug website.
The group has a wide range of skill sets so if you are a beginner, intermediate, advanced, software developer, contributor all are welcome. Everyone has something to share or learn.
We have a website at https://www.dcglug.org.uk/ and also have online and in person meet ups.
We hold a Monthly meeting in Plymouth, It would be good to get more meet ups going in different areas as this gives people more opportunity to meet others face to face.
Furthermore, we also have a real time chat room hosted on Matrix, (An open network for secure, decentralised communication) https://matrix.to/#/#dcglug:matrix.org direct link.
You don't need to subscribe to the mailing list to join in, but it does help as we post details of meetings there.
We look forward to meeting new people.
