A fun, inclusive and accessible yoga and wellbeing class for over 60s+. This is down-to-earth gentle yoga, bioenergetic movement and wellbeing to promote vitality and mind-body wellness, whatever starting point you are at. You will learn simple yet effective mind-body wellness practices to enjoy greater vitality, balance and confidence. This helps to maintain and expand your range of movement and ability to enjoy the things you want to enjoy in your life. 

A friendly and safe community wellbeing space where everyone is welcome!
