With Autumn now upon us, our The Season for Change campaign hopes to embrace change in more ways than one and aid people in becoming healthier and happier.

From the falling leaves to the new steps many take in their lives, autumn is a period symbolic of change. Whilst it is natural to feel sentimental about times that have since passed, by embracing these changes we can transform ourselves and our communities for the better.

Throughout Autumn and beyond, many local courses and events encouraging personal betterment are taking place across Devon. These courses and events cover areas such as creating positive goals, learning new skills, improving mental and physical health, and other areas which support self-improvement.

Aside from these courses and events, many groups and organisations are also looking to inspire transformations throughout Devon’s local communities. Many local organisations take on volunteers willing to support their cause, or are open to receiving donations.

Our the Season For Change campaign displays the wide array of opportunities which can help people across Devon improve their lives and communities. You can also contact your local platform partner as they may be able to refer you to additional opportunities taking place near you.
