A small and friendly session to meet other young people and gain ideas and strategies to boost your mood and wellbeing.
Find out ways to: reduce anxiety, boost your mood, sleep better, feel happier and calmer, build your confidence and improve your energy levels, and so much more, whilst having some fun.
Who - 11-16 yr olds who are keen to improve, or maintain, their wellbeing
When - Tuesdays 5.30-6.30pm (term-time only)
Where - College Surgery, Willand Road, Cullompton
Why - Gain tips and strategies to improve wellbeing. Meet other young people (usually around 4-5.) Have some fun and help yourself to feel well and healthy.
Do I need to book? No, just turn up. If you are attending for the first time we suggest you arrive early to sign a consent form and share details of your emergency contact.
