Do you want to inspire young people aged 10-17 and teach them life-saving first aid skills? No experience is needed – just a passion for helping others!
*Role does not require a DBS to apply but St John Ambulance will DBS check you prior to undertaking the role
Become a Youth Leader and support young people on our Cadet programme, building their first aid knowledge alongside teamwork and leadership skills, by guiding them through fun games and first aid learning activities!
What You Can Do:
- Lead, support and inspire fun sessions: Teach first aid, play games, and run exciting activities! ??
- Support & empower: Help young people build confidence, teamwork, and life skills ??
- Work with a team: Collaborate with the Unit Manager and other volunteers ??
- Promote safety & inclusion: Make sure everyone feels welcome and supported ?️?
- Admin support: Assist with resources, paperwork, session/event planning or maintaining the parent/guardian rota ??
