As part of a new Children in Need funded Young Carers project called Hidden Stars, supporting children, young people and families navigate the ups and downs of being a young carer to someone close to them who needs extra support.
Professionals and families are warmly invited to our Young Carers drop in sessions – a relaxed and friendly space to connect and feel supported. Come along to meet other families, and enjoy a cup of tea in a welcoming atmosphere where everyone is valued. There’s no pressure and no agenda, just a chance to come together, feel at ease, and know you’re not alone.
