In this workshop we will write, share and gather inspiration and nourishing human connection.

Writing creatively is a playful and powerful tool for wellbeing, giving us an opportunity to tap into our imagination and express ourselves freely.

It's not about getting it 'right', it's about writing bravely. As we respond spontaneously to different prompts and themes, writing in short bursts, it is often surprising to discover what we’re capable of, as well as richly rewarding to listen to others sharing their own responses.

No writing experience is necessary, everyone welcome.
