The Chronic Pain Café was set up about 7 years ago to create a non-judgemental space for people with any disability, or chronic illness, as well as their carers, to come and have a cuppa and some cake amongst other people who understand what it feels like to feel rubbish!

About 2 Years ago we decided that this should be extended to anyone who wanted to be involved in activities that promote positive wellbeing. The group meet weekly on a Thursday morning from 10-12.30 where there are crafts and activities on offer.
