A weekly Wellbeing Group that is based around the 5 steps to wellbeing: Take notice, Give, Learn, Connect & Be active. Each week there is an arts and craft activity, a brisk lunchtime walk, adult colouring, wellbeing tools, an information board/leaflets and free drinks and a light lunch.
We are a supportive and friendly group open to all (activities are designed for 18+).
This is a free of charge group but donations are greatly received.
