The Wellbeing Listener Foundation Programme is inspired by an Asset-Based Community Development Approach.
Participants will explore their own mental-health ‘assets’ (in other words their innate wellbeing, creativity and resilience), and will then, through deep listening, discover how to wake up the wellbeing, creativity and resilience in others.
This programme is ideal for you if you would like to learn the following:
- Discover how to listen out for wellbeing when others are feeling worried and anxious
- Support others to feel more connected to their true selves, their lives and their work
- Explore the power of listening to develop more meaningful relationships with the people around you
- Develop the foundations for sustainable community listening
We have a Zoom-based training starting on Monday 31st October. There are 3 morning sessions to attend.
If you live or work in the Ivybridge area this is free (thanks to Lottery Funding). If you live further afield then please make a donation - we would love to see you there.
