Looking to meet new people, learn more about nature and get outside in the local area???
Join us at the Countryside Centre this Thursday to kick off our Wellbeing in Nature sessions.
 
These free sessions are open to all. Transport will be provided for those that need. 
 
We are working with The South West Coast Path to bring you some fun nature-based weekly activities. ??
 
Come to the centre between 10-12 pm for a relaxed drop-in session with refreshments and nature-based activities.
