We have space available on our weekly Tuesday Conservation Group at Lower Sharpham Farm. Sharpham has been changing how we manage our land over recent years, making space for wildlife by rewilding parts of the estate as well as creating more woodland. We love to get people involved through volunteering.
In this group, tasks include estate maintenance, fencing, planting trees, building tree guards, creating wildlife habitats including constructing and erecting bird boxes, all under the direction of the Ranger. A reasonable level of fitness is required as the terrain is often steep and uneven.
No experience necessary – all training and tools will be provided.
