Deep Dive session relevant to VCSE (Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise) organisations, delivered by experienced trainers from Devon Commmunities Together in collaboration with Arts and Culture East Devon (https://www.aced.org.uk/). This session is for VCSE (Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise) organisations based in East Devon, or serving East Devon communities.
- Do you find it hard to recruit volunteers? Expand your skills in recruitment, induction and training for volunteers at your organisation.
Participants will leave this workshop with more confidence about how to recruit, different volunteer role descriptions and tools for all aspects of volunteer management, including motivation & wellbeing, organising, workloads & supervision and support.
Refreshments from 12.00-13.00, networking opportunities with other attendees and access to 1-2-1 support from the trainers.

How to manage your volunteers and how to better ensure they are motivated, supported and their wellbeing is improved.
