Are you looking for a worthwhile role as Treasurer and Trustee, where you can make a difference in the community?

THAT Food Bank is a charity based in Queensway, Newton Abbot which is actively working to alleviate poverty in our community.

Assisting those struggling financially and the homeless by supplying them with essential items such as food and toiletries.  We also provide home start packs, fuel key top ups and offer information and a place to chat.

We are expanding our reach and have lots of exciting projects to achieve this.

We are looking to appoint a new Treasurer and Trustee of the Foodbank, a voluntary unpaid role as finance lead, helping the charity to fulfil its aims.

The qualities you will need

You will have knowledge and experience of financial management including experience of presenting and explaining  financial information to support decision making.  You will have a broad range of experience in business or public service

You will have excellent interpersonal, decision making and relationship building skills as well as team working, IT and presentation abilities.
