Then this might be the role for you!

Strategy Leader

Position 1: Part time - 5 hours per week 

Position 2: Part time - 4/5 hours per week 

Helping to support the Volunteer Co-Ordinator with project plans that can help people experiencing Domestic Abuse. Part of the role will be about coming into office – we are based on a convenient bus route, or we have free onsite parking for drivers.

Responsibilities would include:

  • Weekly commitment to come into the office, work with team leaders and help create the strategy plans
  • Support the creation of new systems
  • Inform team leaders clearly and effectively of the roles that need undertaking
  • Support the organisation of paperwork and updating records

Strategy meetings take place on Mondays 10-11am

Lead meetings take place on Thursdays 10-11am

For this role, you would be expected to attend these meetings either in person at our Paignton office, or via Microsoft Teams.

We are looking for people who:

  • Who are passionate in helping people
  • Who are empathetic and non-judgemental
  • Positive and committed to the agreed hours
  • Available to come into the office 1 day per week
  • Confident in working within a team
