Volunteer Research Lead
1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours per week
Position 1: People we work with
Position 2: Volunteer
Position 3: Training
Helping to support the Volunteer Co-Ordinator with researching a range of different topics to help support people experiencing Domestic Abuse.
Responsibilities would include:
Position 1
· Research locations for our internal Training/workshops · New local community groups, opportunities, and information – to benefit the people we work with · Input information into accessible form |
Position 2
· Research information on new learning experiences for Volunteers · Research training courses for Volunteers · Input information into accessible form |
Position 3
· Research training materials to be used within the internal training/workshops. · Research training materials to be used for Volunteer training programs. · Research training resources and handouts to accompany training. |
We are looking for people who:
- Who are passionate in helping people
- Who are empathetic and non-judgemental
- Positive and committed to the agreed hours
- Confident in working within a team
- Have access to the internet – or would be willing to use resources within our office
- Basic computer skills
