About SisterWood
SisterWood is an innovative charity supporting girls and young women (aged 12–16) to build mental resilience and deepen their connection to the natural world.
We run nature-based programmes that centre creativity, community and care—offering safe, inclusive spaces where young people can explore their agency and sense of self.
Our work is rooted in the belief that nature and creativity are powerful tools for well-being, especially for those facing difficult times. If that resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role Will Include:
-
Supporting the weekly delivery of nature-based sessions alongside our Lead Facilitator
-
Helping run creative activities (e.g. bushcraft, craft, movement, games, storytelling)
-
Creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive space for young people
-
Holding space during group check-ins and reflective moments
-
Taking part in team debriefs and adapting the programme together
Time Commitment
