Remap is a charity that helps disabled people of all ages to live more independent lives. Our national network of skilled volunteers design and custom-make equipment free of charge.
We help to improve quality of life and increase independence for disabled people through providing bespoke solutions to everyday problems when there is nothing commercially available.
The role involves meeting an individual who needs our help, then designing and making adaptions and equipment to meet a specific need. Requests for help come from health professionals or directly from the public. You will be joining a national network of makers with opportunities for collaboration and showcasing your work.
