We are looking for someone to support our Lead Instructor. No experience necessary but we are always happy to support existing Level 2/3 Instructors who might like to develop their careers in this important area. Level 1, 2 and 3 training opportunities might be available. The class is aimed at falls prevention, and the weekly classes include a range of exercises to help with strength and balance. After the class there is time for tea, coffee and biscuits -- and most importantly - a chat with fellow exercisers.
