It is important for us to follow up on the advice and information we give or work that do on behalf of clients so that we can improve our services and also measure the impact we have on the lives of the people we help.
Feedback volunteers – what you might do?
- Conduct wellbeing surveys with clients on the phone
- Access client records and make a client case note
- Record client answers

What do you need to have?
You don’t need specific qualifications but Are you….
- Friendly and approachable
- Non-judgmental, able to respect views, values and cultures that are different to your own
- Good at communicating with people over the telephone
- Able to demonstrate good basic IT skills
- Willing to learn about and follow the Citizens Advice aims, principles and policies
- Willing to undertake training in your role

How much time do you need to give?
Ideally we ask for at least 1 day per week.
