Do you enjoy organisation, admin, and data work, and have a few spare hours a week?
This may be the role for you!
Responsibilities would include:
· Keeping on top of emails and communications and inform Volunteer Co-ordinator of relevant communications.
· Organising volunteer-to-client appointments, such as Counselling and Befriending appointments.
· Updating data spreadsheets, ensuring data is recorded correctly and accurate.
· Working closely with other team members within the organisation.
· Basic IT Skills are also required as part of this role will include using Microsoft software – such as Word or Excel Spreadsheets.
· Attend twice-weekly meetings
Strategy Meetings are held on Monday between 10-11am
Lead Meetings are held on Thursday between 10-11am.
For this role, you would be expected to attend these meetings either in person at our Paignton office, or via Microsoft Teams.

· Have access to the internet – or would be willing to use resources within our office
