Join the Saving Devon's Treescapes project as we plant two new hedgerows at this community project.
We are working with communities and private landowners to plant small woodlands and hedgerows across Devon and we’re looking for volunteers to help.
We will be planting 550 trees on this site! The trees will all be UK grown broadleaf species which are 2-3 years old and so around 20-60cm in height. There will be a demonstration and support throughout so don’t worry if you haven’t planted a tree before.
Boots or wellies are recommended, please bring warm and waterproof layers, a bottle of water, lunch and snacks. Hot drinks will be provided.
Please be aware we may need to postpone this event if the ground is waterlogged or frozen.
Please note, no dogs please except assistance dogs (let us know beforehand if you are bringing your assistance dog). All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
** Booking is essential **
