This is a Trustee post for this charity, arising because our current treasurer is moving out of the area.
Role includes:
- Organising roughly quarterly Trustee meetings, including the AGM, provide financial information at these, and the issue of Minutes / Action points
- Receive room booking requests and confirm / decline these, keep a bookings calendar, and raise room use invoices once a month
- Monitor utilities providers costs and liaise as necessary
- Produce the financial information required annually by the Charity Commission, Companies House, HMRC
- Maintain Trustee information on Charity Commission and Companies house websites
- Occassionally assist in the decoration or maintenance of the internal condition of the property
