The Travel Action Group is one of Transition Tavistock's projects, and advocates for ways of getting to and around Devon and Cornwall which are better for people and planet than dependence on fossil fuels. Our meetings share views on how easy it is to use sustainable transport around the Tavistock area and to nearby towns, and how it could become better and more inclusive. We want to see frequent, well-connected public transport in all directions; places where it is safe and enjoyable to walk, wheel or cycle to facilities; and a shift to low emission vehicles for personal and business travel. Do bring your experience and ideas.
