The Torbay Assembly will enable anyone to discuss what’s important to them, and share those views with peers from around the bay.  Influence decisions regarding local services and policies so that they take into account the needs and interests of local residents and ensure that people have the opportunity to share their knowledge and experience to improve their local community.
