Do you ever have feelings of isolation or loneliness? You might want someone to talk to who can help you find ways to meet new people or help you to maintain or regain your sense of wellbeing and enjoyment of life.ee, confidential telephone or video call listening support, information and advice, for adults with a disability or long-term health condition (lasting over 12 months).
Time to Talk is a telephone or video call and online service, provided by a friendly team, who listen and offer peer support, provide information and advice, and signpost or refer to other appropriate services.
We provide up to 6 hours of support which is a combination of conversations, researching information and signposting to relevant groups, activities, services and support within communities.
Anyone can refer into the service by using our online referral forms: Time To Talk - Living Options Devon or using our dedicated telephone number 0300 303 3691 (freephone). We can also be contacted by email [email protected] by text on 0785 642 6940 during our opening hours or leave us a message and we will get back to you. Our Phone line is open Tuesday to Thursdays from 10am to 4pm.
Please note we are not a mental health support service, we are unable to provide ongoing support to people and we do not provide befriending services.
