Come along to the Avenue Church on Thursday 8th September 10.30 -12.30 to meet other carers, share your story, get advice & information, tea/coffee & cake. 

This month we have Zoe Farmer from TDC to talk about what services of support available. 

We will also be discussing the the cost of living and a list of funds available from Government.
