TLC is a free creative wellbeing project in North Devon. Participants travel on the Tarka Line Railway from Barnstaple into the countryside, take photographs and create writing for an exhibition at Barnstaple Library at the end of April.
We are now recruiting for the March group of Tarka Line Creatives (TLC). There are 3 of 6 places now available for young people aged between 16 and 24 who may be experiencing loneliness and/or isolation.
