Could you be a listening ear, offer bespoke help, signposting and encouragement?
We’re looking for volunteers to join our Support Team on a Mon, Wed and Fri (? Or any day?) either weekly or fortnightly. Open Door’s community café provides not just food and drink but a warm, friendly and supportive space for all ages. Our Support Volunteers get to know people in the café and then offer tailored support; we help people manage their lives and maintain their independence. As part of the Support Team you would be fully trained and make a big difference to our café community.
