We are very excited to announce this year's Summer Reading Challenge, with the theme of Gadgeteers - celebrating science, technology, and solving problems while having fun with friends.

Pop along to the library from Saturday 9th July onwards to sign up. Children will receive a poster to start off and there are stickers to collect along the way. Everyone who completes the Challenge, by reading at least six books over the summer holidays, will be awarded a certificate and medal for their achievement.

This year libraries will hold a wide range of events throughout the Summer Reading Challenge. Find your local library on Facebook and keep up to date with events and activities.

The Summer Reading Challenge, presented by The Reading Agency, is delivered in partnership with public libraries and funded by Arts Council England.

Runs throughout the summer holidays.

Cost : Free
