Join Julie Wells for these fun exercise sessions, based around pilates movements, that will help keep your bodies moving so you can be as fit and well as you can be.
The class will start with a social get together and some information from Julie about the sessions. Then you can decide if you want to join in – or just watch!
These sessions may support balance and mobility, help with aches & pains and help to enjoy the range of movements that each unique person is capable of.
Julie believes in the benefits of teaching small classes and adapts her classes to meet the needs of each individual.

What will I achieve?
Julie says "If you are someone who has never done any exercise, or not for years …. no matter, this class is a great place to start. You will be surprised at how moving and stretching once a week can help build strength and stamina, and that helps with energy levels and every-day tasks. We will have fun, laugh a lot and the sessions will have a limited number of people taking part so we can all get to know each other."
These sessions are free to attend for adults with a learning disability and their support.
