Who Should Attend?
Charity staff, volunteers, and anyone working in community-facing roles who wants to strengthen their emotional wellbeing and build a more resilient work culture. We recommend a maximum of 15 attendees for the best results.
Duration
The training is four hours in duration, which includes breaks.
Delivery
Our training is delivered online via Zoom or can be delivered in person if your organisation requires it for a larger group.
