Can you give a few hours each week to help us look after our books?  We'd like to recruit some extra volunteers to help us manage our book stock. Can you help?

Tasks include shelving returned items alphabetically and numerically, finding books that have been reserved, deleting old and out-of-date titles, and repairing books that need some TLC.

We have a regular 2 hour morning slot available and are also looking for people who are able to come in as and when required to lend a hand during busy periods or when existing volunteers are on holiday.

You will need to have a good attention to detail, be able to work accurately, enjoy working in a team, and be happy to be active for a few hours. If you are interested please get in touch - call 01884 244644, or email [email protected] and we will get back to you
