This is a fun, free, weekly Tai Chi session is open to anyone over 17 experiencing mental health problems and carers. Every Tuesday 2.30-3.30PM at Mint Methodist Church with Tom, our super instructor.

This session is free to attend and open to all abilities (even if you have never tried Tai Chi before!). No equipment required.

There is no need to book in advance, they are drop-in sessions, all we ask it that you complete a participant form before coming along for the first time - you can find this on the Sport in Mind website - www.sportinmind.org
