This is a fun, free, weekly badminton, table tennis and pickleball session for any one over 17 experiencing mental health problems and carers. Every Friday 11.30-12.30pm at Riverside Leisure Centre, Cowick St, Exeter EX4 1AF (in the main hall, with our friendly coach Mike)
This session is free to attend and open to all abilities (even if you have never played before!). All equipment is provided by Sport in Mind!
There is no need to book in advance, they are drop-in sessions, all we ask it that you complete a participant form before coming along for the first time - you can find this on the Sport in Mind website - www.sportinmind.org
