This is a free, weekly badminton session is open to men experiencning mental health problems. Every Monday 1.30-2.30pm at Plymouth Life Centre 40 Mayflower Dr, PL2 3DG (Sports Hall) with our super coach Brendan

This session is open to all abilities (even if you have never played before!). All equipment is provided by Sport in Mind!

There is no need to book in advance, they are drop-in sessions, all we ask it that you complete a participant form before coming along for the first time.
