"Sound It Out" is a fortnightly group which meets to sing, chat, have tea, coffee and cake - our main aim is to support people living with memory loss and their carers. We also support older people who just need a bit of company. The group is run by volunteers from Christ Church, Bear St, Barnstaple and Norah Bellot Court (MHA - Methodist Homes). The group is non-religious. Please let your contacts know about us and/or come along.
