Note: Sound Journey will start 7pm promptly. To ensure a peaceful journey for everyone, doors will close 1 minute before the session begins. We’ll open the doors 30 minutes beforehand, giving you time to settle in, enjoy a cup of tea, and prepare for our sound adventure. Kindly arrive on time, as late entry will not be possible.
About Professional Sound Practitioner: Carolina Baranski is a certified Holistic Voice Therapist (PL.Dip.HVT), accredited in 2015 by the British Academy of Sound Therapy. With over a decade of experience as an International Sound and Energy Healer, she has worked across Brazil, Bali, Thailand, Portugal, and the UK. Her extensive work includes leading group classes, hosting artistic events, and providing private client sessions under her previous thriving business, Sounds of Grace UK. Driven by a vision to expand her reach globally, Carolina founded Hum For Your Life Ltd and developed the Hum Your Note technique—an innovative online voice therapy method as well as the App Chakra Therapy 7-week Program. Carolina's ultimate dream is to see sound recognized as the medicine of the future, with humans having self-expression flowing authentically from the heart.

Do I need to bring anything? Yes. Please bring yoga mat, pillow, blanket, anything to make you feel warm and comfortable.
Can I pay by cash at door? We will accept cash at door, however we can't guarantee a space available. This is a small group session and spaces are limited, we love supporting cash so please contact the facilitor to book your slot prior travelling.
Can anyone join this session? No. If you have metal implants (e.g., pacemakers, metal plates, or any other implanted devices) or are pregnant, it is not suitable. Part of that, everyone is welcome.
GUIDELINES PRE-SESSION GUIDANCE: Ensure you are comfortable and warm, lie down in a relaxed position or stay seated connecting to your inner-self until we start. Take your time: avoid rushing or eating just before the session.
POS-SESSION RECOMMENDATIONS: Stay warm & hydrated. Allow time for integration. Embrace the healing process.
