A FREE social photowalk on Saturday 6 August 2022.
I'm running a trial social photowalk in Instow, North Devon on Saturday 6 August.
It is free and cameras will be provided. This is not a technical photography workshop but a friendly group, making friends, finding peace and focus through looking through a camera lens.
We will be walking, talking and taking photos along the coastal/Tarka Trail circular walk from Instow Sandhills Car Park to Yelland RSPB Isley Marsh. I thought it would be valuable to photograph the area before the Yelland Power Station development starts.
The walk is approximately 3 miles and is fairly flat but there will be some uneven ground. This is a relaxed and friendly event, no photography experience necessary and cameras will be provided.
We will be a small group of 5 including me. I am using this event to trial local photowalks with a view to creating a funded community project and I would appreciate permission to photograph participants as part of my research.
