A friendly, fun and social group for people affected by dementia. Based on the principles of music therapy the stimulating sessions, led by an experienced music teacher, include vocal and gentle physical warm ups and singing a wide variety of familiar songs.

Research shows that singing in groups enhances well-being, confidence and communication skills.
