Want to join in keeping Sidmouth's beach and town clear of plastic and waste? We are a friendly group who meet informally, on every First Sunday of the Month, and every Third Wednesday of the Month), 9.45 for a 10.00 start at the Swimming Pool Car Park. We have all the equipment for you to borrow but if you have your own, great. We then split up and pick up what we can for one hour, before bringing it all back to the car park for 11.00 where we sort it for recycling and collection.
Everybody welcome (but sorry, no unaccompanied children).
The only rules are:
- Stay off East Beach (we are not allowed to endanger anybody)
- Don't pick up anything too sharp (we can do that)
- No unaccompanied under 16s
